All test were done in a timely and caring manner
I felt as I was being told… your condition can be long term, so that’s it. I felt if I didn’t question what else can you do, then I would’ve just been discharged. I told the staff I’m in pain everyday & no solution was given. I feel as if I was reluctantly offered an MRI to see if it’s general wear & tear but again, feel as if this was only offered as I asked what else can be done or the pain
I was treated like an inconvenience. I hardly received any physio therapy & left bed bound for almost 3 weeks. I only had 2 showers in that whole time even though I was able to sit on a chair to. It was a disgusting & degrading experience.
The night staff were so loud & it sounded like they were having a party. They need training on etiquette.
One healthcare worker did not give her name or explain what she was doing, was very ‘disconnected’ unfortunately, this spoiled the overall impression of the team’s performance which was excellent,
Was pleased that the process time was shorter than warned in a notice, 1 and a 1/2 hours instead of the estimated 3.
Warm congratulations to the staff who manage the treatment of SO many patients.
They were friendly and made me feel relaxed throughout my visit to the hospital.
Great experience
We've been sat in here since half 3!!!! With little to no communication!!!!! We've had all the tests we're just waiting for w doctor, it's now 240am!!!! WHY SO LONG?! WHY NOT ASSIGN ME AT TIME TO RETURN IF YOURE SO BUSY?!?!?

Good timely service
People attending A&E are sick, why does a patient in need of ‘Emergency’ treatment have to walk 100 yards to be asked by a triage nurse “why are you here”? Patient at this point was curled up in agony and sick twice and complaining of severe pain across the stomach. Triage telephone someone to say “it’s not appendicitis as pain has come on too quickly “. Patient then has to walk back to entrance to register whilst still being sick. In Assessment denied one of six free beds and was told to sick in a chair. The following day was allowed to have a scan which showed appendicitis and blood infection. Several hours later had appendectomy. Absolute awful care and triage wasn’t needed as her examination did not produce any confidence or professional worth.
