We've been sat in here since half 3!!!! With little to no communication!!!!! We've had all the tests we're just waiting for w doctor, it's now 240am!!!! WHY SO LONG?! WHY NOT ASSIGN ME AT TIME TO RETURN IF YOURE SO BUSY?!?!?

Assisgn people a return time. Communicate better. Have stsff who show empathy!
