My experience with this Clinic is 100% positive. The whole hospital is super modern, and clean and it felt like a 5-star hotel. I would like to thank Sanya from the admission team. I was very nervous about the surgery and she was able to help me with her kind words. I would like to thank Benni from the pre-operation room. As she held my hand, she tried to calm me down. I would like to thank Joseph. He was always there for me after the surgery. I would like to thank Nebiat for the good food. Everyone was very professional. The pre-operation room is very well organised. Prof. Tennent and his PA Shona deserve my deepest thanks. He is an optimist and a talented surgeon, and he knows what he is doing. He is very humble and that makes him so special.

My husband went into Grosvenor Place for an Ablation. From start to finish the care was AMAZING. All staff including porters, catering staff, nurses and theatre staff were all so lovely and kind and made my husband feel more like he was in a hotel than a hospital. The food is 5 star, huge choice and he couldn't fault a single thing with the meals he had. His room was huge and spotlessly clean. His consultant Pier Lambiase was just so lovely, he explained everything to us and made us feel completely at ease before the procedure and visited us both after to explain what he had managed to do. All his nurses were so kind, friendly and professional and had time to talk to us. The system they use 'My chart' to upload results, letters, appointments etc is brilliant as you can access this anytime and blood results were loaded on there so quickly. Thank you everyone at Cleveland clinic Grosvenor Place for taking such good care of my husband, you are all amazing.

The attitude and skills of all the staff involved in my treatment was excellent. The surgeon and anaethestist were both excellent in both how they performed their tasks and how they demonstrated care and humanity. All the nurses on the ward were also excellent - including a nurse who saved me from falling over despite her diminutive stature. The physio team were also great and got me moving quicker and with less support than I would have been able to without their support. A really impressive team.
