My husband went into Grosvenor Place for an Ablation. From start to finish the care was AMAZING. All staff including porters, catering staff, nurses and theatre staff were all so lovely and kind and made my husband feel more like he was in a hotel than a hospital. The food is 5 star, huge choice and he couldn't fault a single thing with the meals he had. His room was huge and spotlessly clean. His consultant Pier Lambiase was just so lovely, he explained everything to us and made us feel completely at ease before the procedure and visited us both after to explain what he had managed to do. All his nurses were so kind, friendly and professional and had time to talk to us. The system they use 'My chart' to upload results, letters, appointments etc is brilliant as you can access this anytime and blood results were loaded on there so quickly. Thank you everyone at Cleveland clinic Grosvenor Place for taking such good care of my husband, you are all amazing.

We can;t remember all the nurses names but they were all amazing, Matt looked after him and he was really nice.
Pier lambiase is Amazing, so dedicated to his work and just made the whole process worry free as we knew my husband was in the best hands.
