Wonderful courteous caring staff at every level.

Silly things like a towl rail and door hook in the showeroom as clothes and towls had to be lefton the floor ss nowhere else to put them. We wsited over three hours in our room after checking in without any water or drinks being offered. When we did ask for somevwster we were brought a jugand only one glass for tbetwo of us! A poor start but fortunately things got better although there were at least six mistakes from the kitchen orders.

MR Dishpande went out of his way to visit after the operation and to immediately arrange for support when there was an issue. Above and beyond whst we expected.

Cass and Jessica were outstanding nurses.
