The attitude and skills of all the staff involved in my treatment was excellent. The surgeon and anaethestist were both excellent in both how they performed their tasks and how they demonstrated care and humanity. All the nurses on the ward were also excellent - including a nurse who saved me from falling over despite her diminutive stature. The physio team were also great and got me moving quicker and with less support than I would have been able to without their support. A really impressive team.

The hospital is very new and a few of the processes could have run a bit quicker - but the staff did an excellent job of keeping me informed.

As per my above answers- the consultant and the anesthetist both took time to speak with me and showed great care and concern both leading up to the procedure and afterwards. The surgeon called my wife following the procedure to confirm that it had gone well and then followed up with me twice to check my recovery was progressing well. How nice! The actual procedure outcomes seem to be much better than i expected to. I'd recommend prof. Hart in an instant.

The staff attitude was simply outstanding. Care and service were the bywords from everyone i encountered. Even the porter who took me to a scan solved a problem, kept me informed and was super positive! The porter who helped me get into a taxi when I left also went well beyond his job description to make sure I got into the right car. Every human touch point was great. The infrastructure and equipment was also very up to date and impressive.
