The nursing provided by Katie and Isla was exceptional. They were both attentive, patient and considerate. I felt very comfortable during my stay as a result.

Suggested improvements
1. Catering I cannot eat gluten and lactose. There was only one main meal option available (red meat) for lunch and supper and it was the same for both. I would have liked to have had a wider choice. It looked like some of the other dishes could have been adapted to suit my dietary requirements, but I was informed that it wouldn't be possible. 2. Noise Throughout my stay I could hear a call bell going in the corridor. It was very clearly audible from my room. It wasn't my call bell. I noticed that the nurses had communication devices that alerted them to patients requesting their attendance. Isn't that sufficient? 3. Bed I didn't find the mattress comfortable for sleeping. My personal preference would be a memory foam mattress.
