You have great doctors and their services are amazing. Also quality of food is very good. Except for 1 nurse, others were NHS level so service here needs to be improved. Timeliness is really bad from your kitchen, pharmacy, changing drip etc. Nurses and others have to be reminded and there is no proper project management at that level. Great doctor and team but need to invest in great nursing, pharmacy and other aspects of care. Nice building, good room and clean throughout
The medical team were fantastic, especially Paulo, Ari and Erin
Re the cost of treatment, it was not discussed as I informed you that I was insured with BUPA.
I can not praise highly enough all the staff who looked after me. Every one, from cleaner, lady serving meals, and all the nurses were always so helpful and kind. Often smiling too which I really loved. A big big thank you to all of them plus Anders for his valued information and advice. Finally, A big thank you to Mr. Toma for his expertise and clear information.
Because I had excellent care whilst in the unit
All of the staff were brilliant I can’t praise them highly enough every one of them
Every step of the way I was treated with courtesy and kindness which started from the moment I walked through the door of 33 Grosvenor Place. Without exception, all staff members were utterly professional, but also friendly, in their approach, and I was given a great sense of confidence from arrival to departure. I would not be more grateful for the treatment I received.
All of the staff were attentive and helpful at all times.
The doctors and nurses where so nice and friendly if I ever need to have an opp I would come back excellent care
Fantastic care in a safe environment with caring, supportive and knowledgeable staff
It was my second time of having a colonoscopy at the Cleveland. I had the same consultant and anaesthetist this time around, both of whom explained to me really well what they would be doing and why. They were both (Dr Natalie Phillips and Dr Sam Di Silva) very professional but also compassionate (I was very nervous before my first colonoscopy at the Cleveland Clinic due to lack of veins and many previous surgeries making my case not straightforward). Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated. Thank you both!
My anaesthetist Dr Sam Di Silva was exceptional! As mentioned above, due to my previous chemo and emergency fasciotomy on my right hand and arm, my veins are extremely hard to access; but Sam was not only incredibly competent, but also very kind and reassuring (which is what I needed especially the first time around). Thank you!
There’s nothing that could’ve been done better.
