Every step of the way I was treated with courtesy and kindness which started from the moment I walked through the door of 33 Grosvenor Place. Without exception, all staff members were utterly professional, but also friendly, in their approach, and I was given a great sense of confidence from arrival to departure. I would not be more grateful for the treatment I received.

I can not think of one thing that could have been improved upon.

Mr Dinesh Nathwani gave me my life, which I wanted to end as I could no longer deal with the pain, and waiting for an NHS referral. I had lost hope and saw Mr Nathwani as my last port of call. He gave me confidence that he could help me and hope for the future. I am so very, very grateful and, already only 4 days after surgery I can feel the physical difference, but more importantly the mental difference. He has give me a future.

All caregivers dealing with room 436 from 31st July to 2nd August. Every single one was exceptional. Please tell them so.
