Boots Opticians Woking - Commercial Way

Having been a customer for some years, I just want to say what helpful, kind and professional service I have had from the Woking branch during those years. Most recently I sought an urgent appointment due to my left eye suddenly becoming bloodshot. The opthromologist carefully examined my eyes and took great trouble in giving me clear and helpful advice for future care in relation to my eye. I have no hesitation in saying how much I regard the staff in Woking.

Called in today to look at glass range. I was helped by a loverly assistant called George who made me feel at ease and under no pressure . The whole experience was the best I've ever experienced at Boots. His knowledge and communication skills were excellent. Thank you George for your patience. If Boots do an employee of the month recognition then he definitely deserves it.

I visited this branch as I wanted to trial contact lenses. The technician ( unsure of correct title) who helped me insert my lenses for the first time was such a calm and patient man I cannot recommend him highly enough. It is quite a fiddly procedure and took several attempts to insert the lenses but throughout the whole situation he remained very positive and encouraging. He is so well suited to this role but could probably be doing something more significant in this role as people like him are hard to find. I hope Boots recognise his amazing skills !!

I was unable to have my visual fields tested as the machine was broken. Back up should be available.

My 8 year old had an appt and they were really friendly and patient with her! Fantastic!!!

The staff are always friendly and helpful, I did not feel rushed during the appointment. I used to be with D&A and stayed with Boots after you took over. My wife is with Specsavers and I keep telling her to switch to you!

Online booking system not working for several weeks, online customer service merely suggested I ring the shop and then gave me the old number. Woking store were fantastic once I contacted them directly no complaints about them.

The staff were helpful and friendly and didn't pressure me in to buying a replacement pair of glasses
