Poor service and rude staff. Rapidly gone down hill in the last year

I was talked through what was happening The optometrist was friendly and made me feel calm I had my prescription explained to me

Last visit a year ago apparently not given correct lense measument.This time excellent advice andvery helpful staff.couldnt do more.

The optometrist did not try to push me into unnecessary purchase and very helpful. That made me want to go back to Boots Optitian when I need to buy new pairs of spectacles.

The eye test I received was very professional and thorough although I didn't have to do a fields test which usually happens but maybe that has changed since I last had my eyes tested? I didn't ask why and should have. All in all I was very happy with the eye test I had and the optometrist was excellent.

Great service and friendly staff

Details for the options on my prescription were unclear. Because my current glasses were not purchased with them comparisons with my current prescriptions were not possible. I don't have confidence that I am getting the correct prescription. Too many options for bi-focal prescription and clarity on their relevence. Felt I was being offered the most expensive options.
