Boots Opticians Weybridge - High Street

Alex who attended to booking my appointment was helpful and friendly. Meena, the optometrist, was very professional and thorough in the assessment as well as explaining the findings, advising on spectacle frames best suited for me and my prescription. Debbie was very helpful and patient to answer my questions and request.

Absolutely terrible service, and very unfriendly. Waited 1 hour just to see if I could get an appointment for an issue with my eye, only to then be told to try another opticians or A&E as they have no appointments. Waste of a lunch hour. Went to another opticans in Weybride and received friendly service and an appointment at 8am the next day. Will be moving to another optician and my advice is to try any other opticians in Weybridge rather than Boots.

Walked in to check pricing etc which seemed OK so booked up eye test (followed by frame/lense purchase) for around 2 weeks later. Got written confirmation of appointment. Turned up for the appointment and something seemed wrong - was asked 'did you book online?' hence I gave explained that the booking was done in shop and presented the card. Was told the appointment had been cancelled and Boot's staff were unable to explain why or how. (One did a hasty retreat to the back office). Waste of a lunchtime (time and money). Never again Boots Opticians Weybridge ...

The warmth of the greeting for my first appointment, the professional approach and detail of what was going to happen, I took my wife in to help me choose my frames and a week later everything was sorted. Cannot recommend Boots Opticians in Weybridge highly enough, absolutely superb

Easy to book, friendly staff and the optometrist I saw at the Boots Weybridge store was personable and gave good advice.

25 minutes late for a 5 year olds appointment just not acceptable. I had to wait with a 2 yr old and a 5 year old which wasn't good.

The Optometrist discussion was excellent. My glasses were not ready to pick up before my trip to Spain. I had the glasses fitted (two pairs) on my return on Monday 11th September. I have needed to revisit seven times so far as they are so ill fitting, firstly to tight behind my ears and now too tight on my nose giving me a headache within one hour. I have been told that some soft pads should be fitted but Weybridge has them "on order" and that this may take another two weeks. At present my new glasses are not "fit for purpose" and I have needed to revert to my old glasses, I hope temporarily. Terribly disappointed of course.
