Libby was very helpful when I came in to follow up on an earlier eye test. She gave professional and helpful advice, which prompted me to proceed with the purchase of a new pair of reading glasses. Thank you.

My first visit after a cataract operation recommended by Bushler last April. Sasha was very efficient at explaining everything to me and assessing me for new glasses. I visited Boots Opticians for a routine eye sight test on Saturday 29 May at 10.30 a.m. Usually this is somewhat of a mundane occasion and more of a necessity rather than a pleasure but on arriving at the reception desk I was greeted by the Assistant Manager, Andy who was absolutely delightful in the way he greeted me. Despite having to wear his mask, I could tell he had a warm smile and cheery manner. He took me through to the consultation room before handing me over to Zabir, the Optician - Zabir immediately made me feel relaxed and we talked generally about things before the test which was lovely. On being handed back to Andy, he then began to assist me in choosing some new reading glasses. On the path of life we meet people who leave a foot print in our hearts, quite often by a simple act of kindness, a gesture, warm smile or a simple gentle touch - it makes us feel good. In our busy lifestyles we can take the little things for granted and it's important we are all made to feel special at times - it warms our hearts. I have recently lost a beautiful mother and brother to motor neurone disease so I appreciate someone who takes the time to reach out and make me smile. We need to treasure these moments as if we would a sunset on the ocean or when the sunrise kisses the dawn. We all need love, faith and hope - I can guarantee hope and faith in the Wimborne store - love, well that may be asking a little too much of the staff but if you want to feel as if you have been wrapped up in a warm fluffy towel and cared for, Wimborne Boots Opticians is the place to go! I would like to thank Andy, the Assistant Manager, Zabir the Optician and the other members of staff who were all very lovely to me - I cannot wait to return to collect my new glasses and see those lovely happy smiles again! I visited the Wimborne store of Boots Opticians on Saturday 29 May at 10.30 a.m. in order to have a sight test. Usually this is somewhat of a mundane occasion that is more of a necessity than a pleasure, however, on arriving at Wimborne reception desk I was greeted by the Assistant Manager, Andy who had a delightful mannerism and cheery nature. He took me through to the consultation room for an initial test before going on to the full sight test with the Optician. On being handed over to Zabir, the Optician, I felt immediately relaxed and we talked about things in general which was so very nice. Both gentlemen were kind, thoughtful and gentle with me. They were very professional and polite - what I would call 'real gentlemen'. The other members of staff were also very nice and one young lady joined Andy in assisting me to choose a pair of reading glasses. I was made to feel very special and was given a great deal of personal attention which was lovely and I have to say, honestly, I have never enjoyed a sight test and choosing a pair of glasses as much as I did that day! I came out of the store with a lovely feeling and cannot wait to return to collect my new glasses. Today with our busy lifestyles, it is so easy to take each other for granted, missing those little things that matter to us and the people we love. We all need to be made to feel special sometimes as it warms our hearts and makes us feel good. The last nine months of my life have been like a roller coaster - the loss of a beautiful mother and a brother to a debilitating motor neurone disease - to see a person you love slowly deteriorate in front of you, just makes you feel how lucky we are to have our health. I have experienced much loss and sadness but my faith in God and the kindness of others keeps me going - along the path of life we meet people who leave footprints in our hearts, sometimes simply with a kind word, a smile or simple tender touch - all we need in life is love, faith and hope - from the staff at Boots, I can guarantee you a feeling of faith in people and certainly hope - love - well, that may be asking a little too much from these lovely people but then the warmth of the staff make you feel as if you have been wrapped in a nice warm fluffy towel and given a spa treatment! So, if you want to have that nice warm feeling, the girls are pretty and the gentlemen rather lovely in every way - what can I say - eye sight tests have taken on a whole new position in my list of fun things to do on a Saturday morning!! Bless your team and particularly Andy and Zabir for reaching out and showing me a tenderness and kindness that touched me and made that moment in time very happy. Life is short and we should treasure and hold onto the moments of kindness and happiness like the sun setting on the ocean and watching the sunrise kiss the dawn. I can highly recommend Boots Opticians in Wimborne. Extremely friendly staff and Sasha was very able and informative, explaining the changes in my prescription. On to the selection of frames, where there was an excellent selection. Lisa was most helpful and guided me through my search with ease. Altogether a pleasant visit.

As l was very nervous to attend my appointment.The care and attention l recieved was outstanding and the staff were fantastic.Sofiane..Andy..and...Bushra were so helpful in every way.l felt very confident that covid protection was 10/10..As Bushra was a trainee and being guided by Andy both so calm..Sofiane was excellant....l must mention also first point of the eye test the young lady who l haven't a name was super lovely..thank you team

My eye test was very thorough and the optometrist was friendly, professional and patient. I needed a new prescription and glasses frame and there was an impressive range of frames available. The dispensers, Andy and Mel, took a lot of time in helping me to select a suitable frame and ensure that the varifocal lenses were correct and the glasses fitted well. I cannot fault the service I received and would strongly recommend Boots opticians in Wimborne.

I Went to boots opticians today for a routine eye test, I was first Sean by Eloise who carried out the first test,, then I was introduced to Sasha who carried out the eye test, And explained everything to me. After the test I went over to Ashleigh who sorted me out with new frames, she was very patient and caring to make sure I choose the right frames for my needs, all in all it was a great experience with no fuss, My glasses will be ready in three weeks , now looking forward to collecting them, Well done to a all concerned, Peter

My first visit to Boots Opticians in Wimborne . I went there with a prescription already i wanted to choose some frames, firstly i was impressed with a wonderful selection and then i had such AMAZING customer service from Sally. She was helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable ,very genuine which made my experience a truely pleasureable one. So thank you Sally.
