Hi had my eye appointment on Sunday Megan and Rebecca greeted me as I arrived very helpful had my eyes done bysofiane very helpful and patient when sorting my eyes out got some new glasses coming would recommend once again cheers for your help

I have been going to the Wallisdown store for eye tests for the last 10 years, the staff there are exceptional in service, and advice, I was offered Advance Scanning (OCT) by Grant who talked me through the test, he was very helpful and explained the procedure. Jack is a great Optician, he also made the process of the eye test very simple and explained every step of the way. Tonya is also very friendly and good at her job. I recommended my Husband to go to the Wallisdown practice, he is also very happy with the service. I would recommend people to go there is you are looking for expert advice. Carole Gold

My optomerist was very friendly and helpful. I did have a bit of a mishap when I got my glasses mixed up, but your dispenser SHARON soon sorted me out, I put it down to age, but she was very understanding for which I am very grateful.

I have been going to Boots opticians for many years but this is my first time at the Wallisdown branch. I chose it as it’s near to my home and a appointment time that was convenient. I was looked after by Bea who was so helpful then the optician Jack told me all I needed to know about my eyes which was fascinating. A very thorough eye test whilst maintaining covid guidelines. I chose my glasses and lens and then it was all checked by Sharon. Looking forward to getting my new glasses. I would recommend this opticians.

I called in (had an appointment) to collect my glasses and felt immediately at ease with the safety measures, just as before when I had my eye test. This branch has such a calming and friendly atmosphere. Sheria made sure my glasses fitted perfectly and that I was happy with them. The Optometrist Claire, along with Bea, Beth and Becky were also there and took time to say hello, as most of them were there during my eye test. Lovely people, as well as being professional. I will definitely be going to this branch again.

Thank you Boots Wallisdown, I contacted And spoke to Tonia Clarke about initial equiries in purchasing a new pair of glasses, Tonia was able to fit me in on same day of my enquiries had the spectacles of my choice in stock and was able to complete my purchase all in the same afternoon.

Optometrist Jack was very knowledgable, kind and patient despite my glasses steaming up due to my Covid mask! Bra and Sally were very thorough and took their time to get my measurements absolutely correct. All these years I never had this much attention before.

Jack (the optometrist), is very professional, and with past dealing with him, i have no intentions of ever going else where. I have every confidence in his work along with his (Dispensers), Lewis and Beu who again are very professional and most helpful.
