The optician asked any questions I had about my eye health and put me at ease. It may be helpful to be given a leaflet on bi and very-focals to read when I am home. I found there was a lot of information to digest. The cards with the different lenses and different grades of verifocals and lenses was useful.

I felt that I got a great service from all members of the team at this opticians - a very pleasant group of people all of whom were efficient and courteous. The optometrist did a really thorough eye examination and took time to arrive at the best prescription for me. My eye health is not straightforward but I felt very confident in his recommendations and would have no hesitation in visiting this branch again.
