What a fantastic experience at Weymouth Boots Opticians on Thursday 9th June. From the moment I stepped in for my appointment I felt valued and cared for . Each step of the process was explained and I felt I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you Absolom for the best and most thorough eye test I have ever had, and for your kindness and patience. Thank you Josh who helped and guided me through the whole process, you were excellent. in fact all the staff were great. I would highly recommend Boots for all your optical needs. boots you have marvellous staff in Weymouth. I have been to other opticians, but Boots are simply the best. My first visit but certainly not my last

The staff who served me SARA AND MARK were wonderful. The booking, and care was straightforward and everybody went out of their way to be helpful. My optometrist named Jack Higgins was so professional and explained my symptoms clearly. A very patient person..I would recommend him to all my friends. Also the staff are so helpful...A perfect customer service.

A dreaded chore was turned into an enjoyable experience by the fantastic staff ...Jack my Optometrist was great and the ladies front of house were outstanding... Vicki and Marcelle were absolutely fantastic going above and beyond to help me ...brilliant.

I went to Boots Opticians Weymouth because they were recommended by family members. Jack the Optometrist was very friendly and professional and explained everything in great detail. I then saw Vicky who patiently helped me to choose my glasses and did the necessary tests to make sure that the zones on my varifocals would be in the right position for me. I was very impressed with the service I received and all the staff that I met seemed very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Boots Opticians Weymouth, they are outstanding.

Had my appointment at Boots, staff very friendly and helpful. However the tests highlighted problems that required further tests. Got my new glasses and didn’t feel comfortable with them and after further investigation needed to be resolved. I felt uncomfortable going back to Boots with potentially a complaint as I am always reluctant to complain. I should not have worried. Tom was very helpful, diligent and thorough and finally arranged an early retest. My second appointment experience was exceptional. Same friendly staff, Jack retested me thoroughly, discussed my situation and explained all his findings with me. It was concluded that new lenses were required with slight adjustments. Allison the manager dealt with me personally. Thankyou Allison, your advice and attention were second to none and so appreciated. I am happy to recommend Boots Weymouth.
