We had a fantastic experience at this particular branch on Saturday. My daughter was having a contact lend trial & fit. Although I had booked online and I didn't realize my notes were at my previous Boots in Chelmsford, they went out of their way to accommodate us...calling High Chelmer for our notice and switching Opticians around to fit us in properly. The guy who did my daughters fitting was amazing. Mogi - he was patient, calm, reassuring, positive & simply fantastic...this was my daughters third attempt and managed it with Mogi. Receptionist was friendly & helpful. Cannot thank them all enough. Branch was Lakeside.

My optometrists were really polite and extremely helpful during my appointment. I came back to Boots opticians after trying another high street opticians because of the eye test and how they get a great fit on my glasses. My only criticism is there's not enough choice of designer glasses for me personally which is why I made the decision to go elsewhere. I'm happy to recommend Boots opticians to friends and family.
