Boots Opticians Dartford - High Street

I would be good if I could see the same optician each time I go rather than a different one who then spends 10 mins of my appointment time going through my notes.

Really friendly. They cared about my eye health rather than trying to sell me things.

Both my daughter and I had an appointment straight after each other. We could not have had better care from start to finish, would recommend them any day. Thank you

Friendly staff that put you at ease

I haven't been for an eye test in years, I had Samantha and Im really impressed with the entire experience. She was polite, thorough and calming. The test was carried out in depth and when she was slightly worried about my eye pressures got me back in effeciently to conduct further tests - which cleared it up to no problem! . Good value for money (especially with a voucher!). I'd like to thank Samantha and the entire team at boots opticians for a great experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

I've been going to Boots Opticians for years but found the last 2 visits to be a chore. They are condescending and speak to you like your an idiot! I understand that for the more elderly clientele they have to explain things but seeing as how I am only in my 50's working full time in an important position and my records are so thick they won't fit in the wallet I found this extremely rude and annoying!

I was happy how the test went. But when choosing my glasses i felt like there were too many people involved, the Optometrist asked one person to assist however when i gad looked at the products it was a different member then a 3rd one
