The overall experience was great. I was greeted politely and all staff from Ramu the optictian. To Georgina who helped me choose my glasses. Where cheery, attentive and conducted them selves in a very professional manner. I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all the staff at the store. Both the optometrist and the customer assistant were extremely helpful, polite and made me very comfortable. Everything was explained to me clearly and all the staff were very friendly. Becky, who helped me choose my frames, was especially helpful both when I ordered my glasses and when I collected them. The frames needed adjusting quite considerably, but she was extremely efficient and patient - she adjusted them perfectly and they are now very comfortable. The optometrist was very thorough and professional, he was very kind and explained what he was doing during the eye test.

I was served by a lovely lady called Becky,she was very helpful.I have never had a eye test before,I was bit nervous,but she explained everything to me and explained to me what she will be doing.so I went in and had my eyes tested and I do need glasses.Becky then helped me pick some glasses out.The service she gave was a credit yo boots,she made me fell very comfable and I am looking forward to going back to get my glasses and to see Becky.

Optometrist took due care to ensure all checked were performed and rechecked eye sight to ensure correct prescription issued. Optometrist also liaised with her senior to ensure correct prescription issued, giving confidence in the eye reading.
