Boots Opticians Gravesend - New Road

This optician was the most informative that I have ever had in my decades of glasses & contact lens wear, and very friendly.

A thorough examination with optometrist together with clear and concise recommendations. Helpful assistant manager in the absence of the manager; unfortunately, less could be said of the assistant, who was hostile, veering on belligerence and obstructiveness when asking of a refund. In such circumstances it would've been prudent to seek the advice of the assistant manager, who did settle the matter there and then, in a diplomatic and professional manner.

Excellent all round service so far. Very helpful staff, appointment on - time and all my questions fully answered. A fairly intimate environment - not like some other opticians where it seems more like a factory to process the patient. The only very minor criticism would be that space is restricted and the "photography" room is a very tight fit for the patient and the staff member!
