Very bad service store, do not recommend at all. Go to the boots optician in Greenford if you are living around this area. Because this store is not completely owned by boots, they buy license from boots, kind of independent. That's why they always persuade you to buy more expensive glasses with a very sly behavior. If you had bad experience with them call the boots customer care to complaint, otherwise it won't rise their attention. Because they never wanted to tell you who is the store manager and the attitude is very upsetting and disappointing, or the store manager is not in the store even though they promised that he would be. Boots shouldn't allow them to keep running the business as they are lowering down the boots reputation in a very bad way.

This comment has been written by a health care professional working in the NHS Avoid this opticians at all cost! They have very very poor attitude and customer service. In particular, the manager who goes by the name Jay tried to pressurise me into buying an eye test when my previous one was less than a year ago. I had signed up for a free contact lens assessment, but all of this a sudden this had a £35 charge which was being pushed onto me. I am going to be referring this matter to the CQC. Absolutely shocked by the pressure selling tactics Jay and boots used on me. Furthermore, the manager at head office was complete useless!

The staff were polite and friendly taking time to show the various frames and deals available. The optometrist was thorough, talking through what she was doing and showing you her finding and recommendations. Overall it was a good experience

Overall the care and services are good But everytime I come i am seen 20 to 30 mins late. I park on the highstreet and end up paying double the amount if not tripple for parking as they are ALWAYS running behind. There is only ever only 1 qualified optomitrist and only 1 or two other assistants who through your pre test get pulled back and forth and you end up sitting in another room like a melon waiting for your initial tests to be done. Advice- hire more staff to assist. Get another optomitrist so that customers are seen quicker!!! Makes me want to change my opticians!!!!
