Everything was straightforward, prompt and professional. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very happy.

I tried to book for a Friday afternoon but there wasn't an available space for 6 weeks! It was only because I happened to be free on a Thursday that I didn't just go somewhere else like Specsavers.

The first lady I aw who carried out field tests etc., was very polite and friendly. The next person was Deesa who sorted out my lenses was very kind and had a very soothing voice, I could listen to her all day long. The next person I saw was a gentleman who was very helpful in sorting out which frames would be best for me. I found the whole experience very pleasant and easy and could not have wished for more.
