Chloe was So kind, friendly and helpful in the front of the store. She was very patient as I searched for glasses, and gave great advice. The optician was understanding of what I needed and made a difference by tailoring the test to me. I had a terrible experience at another company optician previously so was a bit more nervous and really reassured me and was patient. I will certainly only go here for my eye tests in future.

Wonderful, friendly and professional opticians. Staff very informative and went through all options when choosing the right pair of glasses for me. Will definitely use this opticians again and I will recommend to friends and family.

The service in this store was excellent! The staff where poliet, friendly and a professional service. The staff listened to what style of glasses I wanted and advised me on everything I needed to know. The staff where not forceful to what I should buy. I would recommend this sort to everyone, very pleased with the outstanding customer service!!!

Eye test was very in detail and accurate made. I was very desapointed of the lensses option. No trial period and just one option to chose from. Very desapointed and a waste of time.

It was extremely easy to get an appointment. When I got there they were very quick and organised. They were also very helpful :)
