The store is highly disorganised/ always waiting for several employees to check things out. Once being served, they multitask and answer phone and welcome other clients - making you wait 25 minutes for a 5 minutes glass order- for which we got the wrong frame 10 days later. So more wait. Appointments never start on time.

It was best and great deal with me, so i am fully happy with you.

I found it was an easy, through examination and will certainly be booking our next appointments through this Boots. My son said the lady explained everything she was doing so he wasn't scared

Staff were very helpful. The Optician who conducted the eye test was very thorough and very helpful. She was prepared to answer any questions I asked.

I thought the range of glasses available werecrather drab. All dark colours.

Glasses not in to collect, then they were wrong was overcharged staff asked for assistance and none was given by managers in all the worst experience I have ever had and have told people to never ever shop their. After mistake I was recommended by staff to go to a rival company and pay for them to correct boot mistake.

Well the lady I see could of told what's going happen after I've been to the hospital to get my eye checked out to make sure what if they are oh ok what they are going to next of they are going to give me glasses

the staff were good and friendly. the optometrist was clear in stating the problem , good with kids and nice.
