Very slow service Appointment time given 13:00 pm just to pick up the glasses but seen after 1 hr which is unacceptable What a waste of time . Manger not willing to accommodate only adamant that they are right Glasses quality very poor Daughter feeling blurred vision all the time No reruns Only exchange

I went to purchase glasses post eye operation and the consultant Tracie ( I believe) was exceptional in customer relations, explanation of options available and choosing the correct frames etc. In fact was actually showing the slightly cheaper options as alternatives to my own choice. I will now buy a second pair and safety glasses without hesitation. Best in Altrincham and I have been to most of them over the years.

NO optometrist. I took my glasses back as they had broken for the 2nd time.

Everything was explained thoroughly

The examination was very comprehensive with questions and explanations being given as the various tests were made ..The only fault being that on the voucher I had and gave in to get Advantage points stated that the eye test should gave been free and I was charged even after spendi g over £200 on glasses..i didn't realise at the time....

Great to get a Sunday appointment Staff were efficient and friendly Not aware of their names and didn't notice name badges Helped me select new frames

The lady was very patient with my daughter who was nervous of the machines they needed to use

I took my elderly mother who has dementia to collect her new glasses. The dispensing optician Mehreen who dealt with us was lovely. She was very kind and patient with my mother which was much appreciated.

Efficient. Did not have to wait long. Optometrist has seen me the last few times and so there was continuity of care which was good.
