The first eye test proved to be incorrect. The first pair of spectacles recommended were of inappropriate and unsuitable dimensions. The sunglasses recommended were curved, which is not appropriate for my prescription. And now, having persevered with the sunglasses for three months I’m told it’s too late to do anything. Note that this is not a normal Boots Opticians. This is a franchise. The proper Boots Opticians in Oxford dealt with me professionally and correctly!

Superb in every way. First class eye testing. Extremely friendly staff. Definitely recommended!

My first visit to Boots Optician in Wantage, from the minute I walked in the door the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Optometrist d thoughtful, explained everything in detail and a lovely person. I was so pleased i decided to go to boots opticians.

I was very happy , everyone was very nice and they spent ages with me finding the perfect glasses 10 out of 10 :-)

The assistant was excellent at recommending frames for both my everyday glasses and sunglasses. She was named Momina she definitely deserves a special mention, a really good salesperson and I know about selling

Me and my daughter came along for eye test as she had been referred at school. The man didn't talk to her and just pointed which she didn't understand as she's only 4! When asked if needed glasses he was very uncertain and said he couldn't tell me and I would need to wait for our hospital appointment. All in all disappointed with how un child friendly he was!!

The assistant who helped me was fantastic - friendly, considerate, listened to exactly what I wanted and really helped to make a normally difficult decision on choosing glasses very easy and quick. I don't normally like to shop for glasses and so his help was very much appreciated. Great service.
