Boots Opticians Thornton Heath

The optician was a total expert at what he does and I felt totally comfortable with his examination of my eyes. The front office staff was also very professional and knowledgeable. I felt totally comfortable from my first contact to the end when I collected my spectacles and contact lenses. I would recommend anyone to contact this branch.

The staff in the Thornton Heath shop are terrible , apart from one who I think works on a Monday and Wednesday , they have no interest in you at all ! No communication skills at all ! Would never go there again unless I see that one lady ! Terrible

The front of house staff need immediate customer service training. I was in the awkward situation of knowing all about one member of staffs housing situation, how they disagree with the annual leave of another member of staff and how they think the branch is poorly maintained. Not a single member of staff welcomed anyone to the shop, and when I chose a pair of glasses the "sales person", without even looking at my prescription, tried to upsell lenses. A very, very poor customer experience. Not at all in keeping with Boots brand.
