When book a appointment it should explain that you need to pay £25 for eye test then promoting say it a free eye test. The word free mean without not charge to get eye tested . You need to promote saying eye test check for £25 instead say free eye test .

It was quick and straight to the point.

I didn't know where to go when I arrived at the store so some clear signage explaining that eye tests were all upstairs would have been great.

Optometrist was great and explained what she was doing and why. She went into the right level of detail and we were happy with the level of service provided during the consultation. Our experience was sub optimal with the staff helping us select frames. The member of staff was disengaged, was in a hurry to go to lunch, didn't provide much assistance or guidance. They were not sensitive to my mothers needs as a disabled customer. Whilst booking our next appointment we were not told the day however given a date. Due to work commitments I can only come on a Saturday so the next appointment will now need to b rearranged.

The staff were veru froendly and helpful and waiting time was very good as i was seen strait away

Left waiting around for absolutely ages on my appointment day and also when I came to collect my glasses, no staff greeted me and I had to approach someone myself, and still had to wait around for a long while... This was not a busy time as it was near closing, so clearly more staff are needed, in future I won't be coming back to this branch, this was my first and last time going to that branch, customer service needs improving. On a brighter note my optometrist was lovely, I can't remember her name though.

Amaizng service by all staff Rachel was very friendly and helpful and Susan sorting everything for me.

Good about my care: Optometrist was very knowledgable, professional and gave personal attention in checking if I was comfortable using the frames I selected. What could be improved: Better sign posting. Eye tests are done on the 1st floor, there is no sign at the entrance to tell patients going for eye tests to go upstairs until someone comes and asks if we're okay, which was a five minures wait at the reception desk!
