Appointments ran 40 mins behind, but staff did their best to keen us informed of progress

Really personable and friendly staff, extremely helpful and well informed. Not the most convenient location for me but I will not be moving to one closer to home because the service here is so good.

The optician and staff were very professional. I did not feel rushed in any way and the lady that helped me decide on my frames was very helpful and patient. My new specs will be ready for collection in 10 days and I already have that appointment scheduled to ensure a Consort able fit and so on.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait around for my appointment. Everything was on time and the staff seemed to work very well together.

The optometrist was very helpful and friendly.

The ctc lens sight test was professional, polite and the optometrist answered all my queries. She was very good in communicating clear, concise feedback to my concerns. I would recommend Boots optician based on this experience.

Great once you are on the shop. But try phoning them! The phone rings answered for however long you are willing to wait. Why do they not have an answering voice mail and either a message to say they will call you back if you leave a number, but preferably JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!

I had my first appointment back in August 2015 which I would say it was very average. However, looks like you have a whole new staff and made the difference. it was great!
