Boots Opticians Sutton Coldfield - Gracechurch Centre

The staff at Boots Gracechurch made my opticians apppintment enjoyable. I've got some great glasses and advice.

This was for a repeat prescription after a cataract operation for which Jenny, the optician, had referred me. As she always has been, Jenny was highly professional and knowledgeable, also reassurring. The preliminary investigations (pressure etc) were done by Sarah quickly and efficiently, who also advised me sympathetically on choice of frames and sorted out my whole order . I have always found this branch of Boots Opticians to be very helpful and trustworthy. Thank you. AF

Really good service and pleased with the end product. It would if been useful to now about the free eye test voucher but I didn't as this would of helped towards the total amount spent which was £420.00 Thank you

Assistant much better than the actual optician. Found it rather off putting that he was checking his phone during my eye exam. Perhaps he was waiting for a very important message, but if so surely he could check in between consultations.

Optometrist was professional and extremely Patient. She was very thorough with my eye test. I believe her name was J. Scott and the young lady Who helped source my reading glasses was called Linda She was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Friendly and efficient service

Service all round was good the only problem I have is the total cost of my prescription £375 for 1 pair varifocal glasses (not designer). It would help if Boots had a monthly Installment plan. I'm shopping around to see if I could get them cheaper elsewhere, which is a shame.

I felt it was a thorough examination. I like the staff they are friendly and it is great that many of them have been working there for a significant amount of time. They are a well established team. I dislike the fact that you never see the same optician more than once.

Can't remember the girls name who looked after my mother she had glasses and was around 30. Moms 72 and sharp the service was great everything was explained and there was a sense they genuinely cared. Thank
