didn't have to wait around, every test was explained to me and what it was for, optometrist was friendly, test was thorough and explained at every step. staff helped me choose new frames, what suited and what didnt then explained about different types of lenses etc and what discounts available for over 60's with Boots card. good service all round.

All three people that I contacted during my visit were friendly, helpful and efficient and I was not rushed into making any decisions.

Extremely happy with the service from all members of staff. Greeted very politly and friendly. My son and i had tests yesterday. They were brilliant with both him and me during the pre screening. The optometrist was very professional, friendly and caring. The balance was just right. The test done for my son was phenomenal as he is only 5 years old, it was explained throughout what was happening. He came out saying he enjoyed himself. All members of staff are a credit to boots

Amy was knowledgeable and Holly was very helpful and I will be going back on Monday for a contact lense trial
