Sam the optician was very thorough taking care at every step, clear recommendations and a calming demeanour, on time and very efficient he suggested a computer spec which has been fantastic had to write about it.

I have been going to this opticians for years. Previously very thorough but noticed a real deterioration this year. Tests less thorough. An obvious push on contact lenses as more profitable. Little interest in patient health and a group of staff gossiping on reception. From now on I will go elsewhere.

I was kept waiting for an hour for a contact lens appointment today. My husband and I both had appointments - they had lost both our records! Although the staff individually were apologetic and helpful, overall the service at this branch has been appalling today. Because of both our records being lost we missed a family lunch. I have two more appointments to finally get the contact lenses and I really hope the service has improved when I go back or I will definitely be going elsewhere.

I would like to say how impressed I have been with the professional service and support given by Maria the contact lens optometrist. Marija was bright and helpful, understanding, patient and sensitive on all 4 occasions that I had appointments with her. I would rate her 5* without hesitation. I will certainly recommend Bootscontact lens service to anyone!

Marija, my contact lenses specialist is everything one would ask from their optometrist. Makes you trust her with her knowledge, explains everything thoroughly and clearly and makes you feel she values every moment of the appointment. I have been wearing contact lenses for more than 25 years and I believe that Marija has been the person I have had the best communication and results with.

Mr Patel was so understanding of my optical needs. So helpful and patient whist I tried out contact lenses.
