Because you ask for views, not because it was dreadful... The shop needs keeping an eye on: Litter just outside the back entrance isn't a good welcome... not your fault I am quite sure but it doesn't look hygienic. Ceiling tiles chipped. Front desk had about four inches of its white plastic broken off and the blue notice on it was peeling. Sign above the back door on old wood? Carpets ok but bits and pieces on them. Normally wouldn't really notice, but a medical/health premises needs to be spot on. So, not a major stress, but if you want to make it even better, and anyway, easy to fix, that's what I saw.

Mrs H Sims was very thorough in checking my eyes and suggesting possible causes for my bad allergic reaction. The suggestion that she made to switch to a preservative free drops for dry eyes helped a great deal within 24 hours after I had suffered for nearly a week with bright red, swollen and stinging eyes. The information was updated on my record and sent to my doctor to enable repeat prescriptions.

I have been going to Boots for years for my contact lens reviews and have always struggled with them.Amanda Jayne recognised this straight away and listened to me. Not only that she advised me to return to see her within a week which I did-I feel that I may at last have lens that I can wear thanks to her thoroughness and determination that there is always a lens to suit everyone.
