Very through check, however the check up took longer than I envisaged. (over an hour and I got a £25.00 parking ticket. Thinking an hour would sufficient. ill know next time to factor in longer. But can't question the the quality of care and advice. Very good service but suggest giving some guidance on how long a check up might be.

Very good and friendly service

I presented with an unusual condition that demanded patience and determination on behalf of the optometrists involved. They were extremely thorough, polite and courteous throughout. I cannot fault them and remain grateful for their time given.

I specifically booked with the optometrist of my choice as he has cared for me for many years so there was no need for him to introduce himself during the consultation.

I was quite disappointed by the recent appointment, I was see by a pre-reg and the optometrist was not present in the store at my appointment time so the pre reg could not start my appointment on time until the optometrist returned. I had my 2 small children with me which was unavoidable, they were well behaved but got understandably bored as the appointment lasted over 1 hr 30 mins which was much longer than I have ever experienced before. Quite a while was spent fussing over choice of contact lenses as the Ones I have are apparently being discontinued. Instead of just offering me similar alternatives they tried to move me on to super expensive ones when the ones I have already are absolutely fine. They eventually found me some similar priced ones but that took a large amount of time. I did not have much faith in the testing of my eyes. I know he has to learn but would have benefitted from better supervision. The lenses were dirty and so gave foggy vision so was difficult to tell if they improved things or not. The pre reg was obviously annoyed by the presence of my children and ignored my 3 year old son who was just asking lots of questions about what he was doing and was incredibly well behaved for the circumstances. Not very impressed I am afraid.

Very professional and efficient yet at the same time all stuff involved made me feel that they were genuinely interested in me and concerned to make the appointment tailored to my needs. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed with all the stuff at each stage in my care. There was no pressured sales pitch, nothing was rushed- totally professional.

Superb, friendly service but also thoroughly professional. It is actually hard to think of any area that could be improved at this practice.

Friendly service. George explained well what the procedures were . And gave advice to take care of eyes .
