My 1st time having a test at this opticians, initially I went in only to browse the frame selection but after an informed discussion with a girl on the counter called Rebecca, I booked an appointment. Everything was explained really well to me. I told the male optician on the day the only reason I returned was due to the young girl who was so helpful. She spent so much time explaining things to me and wrote down my pricing options, went through the choices and made it very clear. I felt she really cared what was best for me and gave me the time I needed. I saw her after my test a few days later and she again took her time to go over everything and measure my glasses for me. I collected the glasses yesterday, they are fantastic. I am really pleased with them and the service, the whole process pleasurable. I would happily recommend this optician and I have told my friends to go in and see Rebecca.

The appointment was for my son aged 10 and the whole process was very child-friendly! So I was very happy! Thank you.
