Boots Opticians Cleveleys

I attended an appointment on 29/10/20 in order to have a test to check the pressure in my right eye, as instructed by my hospital consultant. The hospital, due to Covid, is still only offering telephone appointments for patients like me suffering from partial sight loss but Boots were able to see me in person and also promptly and extremely professionally, for which I am very grateful. The optician(Graham) was so helpful, informative and supportive. He was able to identify that I am allergic to some of my eye drops and provided a letter to the hospital consultant about this issue and the results of the test for me to take with me on the day. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you very much

My experience at boots Cleveleys was lovely from start to finish. All staff were very welcoming and helpful, the optometrist was extremely informative. My eye test was carried out very professionaly, I have completed satisfaction with the results

Would like to have my frames reglazed with new prescription but would cost nearly the same as new frames and lenses. Unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere.

The optometrist was fantastic with my 5 year old. He kept his voice friendly and gave clear instructions so she understood fully what she needed to do. He also included me in the instructuons but ensured my daughter was getting the attention.. And he was patient with her when she got a bit giddy.

Reception staff brilliant. Optician not great if I am honest. I am sure he know s what he is doing but seemed disengaged unhappy and uninterested. Almost robotic and uninformative about my prescription.

Lovely, friendly staff who were more than happy to help. It was easy to book over the phone and once i was at my appointment they were very friendly and always told me what they were going to do before hand, making sure that i was always comfortable. They didn't get frustrated when I couldn't decide between lenses and then helped me actually decide what frame suites me best. When paying they gave me the option to pay all at once or half now and half when my glasses arrived, they also offered me a student discount which was very helpful.

Boots opticians fitted me in ASAP as my daughter was struggling with her reading in school, as soon as we walked into store they were really helpful and made us both feel really welcome, they made my daughter feel very comfortable as she was nervous as she has never had an eye test before, I would definitely recommend using boots opticians to my family.
