in the past I have visited 3 different opticians and found that their main interest is to sell you a new set of glasses even if your old ones were exactly the same prescription.9 months ago I decided to try boots opticians in Blackpool and I was impressed with the thorough eye test that I was given I was referred to the hospital as I had cataracts and was told that there was no point in my having new glasses at that time ,I have since had surgery on both of my eyes and after having to visit the opticians after having each eye done I was given another thorough examination on both occasions ,at my last visit I was told that my eye sight has improved so much that if I felt that I needed spectacles to read very small print to go and buy a cheep pair off the shelf and at no time did anyone try to get me to buy more expensive glasses from boots .I cannot praise the optician or staff highly enough as the main interest was my health and not another sell thank you.

Because they gave me their up most attention and support during my recent visit. I will definitely recommend Boots Opticians to my friends and family .
