I had a really good eye test, as opposed to a very yuck and fast test when you to spec savers. The guy took his time and made me feel very comfortable. The ladies in the shop were very friendly and helpful

I had a slight issue making the appointment - I initially tried to book an appointment on line but had a problem with this so had to retry the following day and this time managed to get an appointment booked. From the minute I went into the branch and came out, everyone I met was very professional and very friendly. I didn't have to wait but was seen straight away, on time. After my eye test, where the optician was extremely helpful I happened to mention that I had a problem with my current glasses as they were pinching my nose. A young man offered to take a look and ended up replacing the nose pads and adjusting them for me. I couldn't be more impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. I would certainly recommend this branch.
