Boots Opticians Rugeley

Both myself and husband had eye tests today and both of us required new glasses. Service was great from start to finish. Staff all very helpful. Have used this optician for many years now and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Thank you all.

No improvement is necessary as the service was excellent

Although the staff were very pleasant as I walked through the door the person I already knew who worked there told me I was late???? In fact it was 1-45 and my appointment. Was at 2pm, I showed them the text message showing the time and they just said oh!? No apology, then it was 2 hours later when I left, there were 2 of us but my husband couldn't have his prescription as there was a sign of cataracts. But 2 hours was a very long time.

I am prone to "white coat syndrome" but Dr Jo, put me completely at ease and explained everything in detail, without using jargon Definitely no improvement required

There were three women working, I wasn't greeted when I arrived, instead had to wait a while until I was told to sit down. They then moaned about people they work with and discussed how they didn't know if the last man had paid for his glasses so frantically ran around looking for details about him. I didn't feel welcome at all and after years of going here, I am put off to return.

Nice staff. Good range of designer glasses.
