Easy to gain an appointment via the phone, didn’t have to wait long to be seen, very helpful staff advising on the choice of glasses available. I was advised a week & my glasses would be ready however Glasses were ready under week which I was very pleased about. I would highly recommend this branch

Turned up for a pre booked on line appointment, with proof on my phone, only to be very rudely told "we don't bother with on line we use the manual book! Having booked a day off work I think an apology at the very least was owed but not given. When l complained they didn't even bother to get my name correct and ended the response with "l wish l was in the Caribbean " What supposedly professional organisation does that? Went to specs avers and received excellent service.
