I was greeted on arrival with appropriate paperwork ready. I was treated at all times with courtesy and made to feel totally comfortable.The various tests were explained to me. The optometrist did not treat as though I had the IQ equalling room temperature . n all a very professional experience.

Specs were not as ordered

I found it easy to book the appointment online at a time to suit me. The optician was friendly, gave me lots of advice about contact lenses. I was given 10 pairs of lenses to try for free. My follow up appointment was also free and I didn't feel under any pressure to buy lenses. I chose to buy a 30 day supply which were well priced. Would certainly recommend this branch to friends.

Area needs a revamp

Quick appointment, fantastic,friendly staff who were very helpful in helping me choose some frames. The optometrist gave a very thorough examination and wa extremely informative.
