Boots Opticians Romford - The Liberty

Optician was very good. Explained good methods of removing contact lenses and different strengths of contact lenses . He was a young man, I think his name was Declan.

I loved that Boots had to make sure I know to correctly put the contact lens and remove. This tremendously reduces the risks of having eye infections

All staff were excellent as usual but appointments always running behind by at least 30 minutes. My last appointment was at 11.05am but I wasn't seen for at least 40 minutes after this. Not good when I made every effort for arrive on time with two babies in toe!

The lady that looked after us was really helpful she was able to explain things in simple format so I can understand I forgot her name she is a black lady

Timing could be improved. In all the years I’ve been coming to boots my appointment has never been on time.

Need more staff tried to go into shop to book appointment but after waiting ten minutes to be served I walked out. Made appointment over phone when eventually answered . In on time for appointment but then had to wait 15 mins before being seen for fields test..
