Boots Opticians Harold Hill

Did not seem to have a lot of knowledge around the scheme my company uses for free eye tests and glasses. I ended up being in the shop for 1 3/4 hrs which is far to long even with an eye test.

They were extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. Would give them 10 out of 10..

don't really know as it was my 1st eye test in a few years

Was very helpful and friendly and when I go back to pick up my lenses the optician is going to help me with them

The care was brilliant from all 3 members of the shop was absolutely excellent really helped me as I had broke my glasses and was really desperate I was given a trial set Of lenses which was so helpful

The care given to me was outstanding. Their is nothing to improve
