Fantastic and really profession service from Michelle and team - great advice and support through lockdown ! Keep it up and there is only one place I go to have my eyes looked after

I previously went to the Boots at No 131 but found the staff there unprofessional and little regard for customer service. I went further down the road to the other store at no. 151 and got a much better service. Not only did Linda attempt to repair my glasses but she also offered a solution. Will definately go to that store again as I trust the staff there.

First called up general Boots Opticians as I wanted to see which one of the two nearest to me would have the earliest appointment. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel at ease. The store looked very appealing, and the first person I spoke to was very friendly. I was seen quickly by the optometrist. She seemed a bit timid, and I assume this is the reason she responded a bit strangely when I asked her questions. I felt silly for asking them. Very happy otherwise.
