Boots Opticians Chiswick - High Road

What a great experience compared to other branches of Boots. I was very well looked after by the team on Sunday - exceeded my expectations and I'd thoroughly recommend the service.

The optician was a bit surprised as I got a reminder for an eye appointment, costing 25GBP, but I should not have been asked to come back for another year. It was OK that I needed a second pair of glasses but I was disappointed that this reminder for an appointment was not justified. The staff was fait and asked me if I wanted to pursue given the cost, but Boots as a company might want to do some soul searching about this.

On time - professional welcome and thorough contact lens check received. Clean and tidy.

Staff were polite and efficient. No need for improvement.
