Ms Begum was very customer focused and professional. Good advice on correct type of lenses. An extra thanks to Sam who went the extra mile and saved me an extra visit as well as £20. Great experience.

I was very impressed Danny took me through my pretests and explained about one I had not had before I felt very at ease. Shanza was very patient throughout the test and found a slight problem which I have to see my GP about, the best test I have ever had. Isobel helped me choose my frames using an ipad to take my picture so I could see what they looked like. excellent.

'IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE LONGBRIDGE STORE' number not in use, problem with my new glasses so have to just call in and hope someone can deal with it .

I went to see someone about my contact lenses as I have been having a problem with mine, i was very angry when I walked into the store, I was greeted by lovely lady KAy and she explained evrything clearly and sorted my problem in no time, i wish i saw her before it would save me all this trouble. She was calm and dealt with my problem in professional manner. They need to hire more staff like her, I walked out of the store a happy customer. Welldone boots.

I recently visited Boots Opticians Longbridge looking for some frames for a 2nd pair of glasses. I was very pleased with the service I received and impressed with the range of choice. I am extremely grateful to Patrick for all the help he gave me when I was choosing my frames, and for his thoroughness with the details of my order. I look forward to collecting my new glasses later this week. (Note. Did not need to see the Optometrist as I had a recent prescription which I brought with me)

Excellent service right from the beginning. All the staff were helpful, informative and patient, especially when I was nervous with the glaucoma test.
