Boots Opticians Reading - Broad Street

The technician who did the test was a very pleasant person. The optician was very thorough in his explanations. The sales assistant (Patricia) was actually so hopeless that I decided to leave the store and not to purchase my glasses. She was rather unprofessional. Asked me 3 times within 5 minutes if I wore glasses. Did not explain the difference in prices without me having to ask for everything. Was very off hand.

Very punctual and friendly staff. The eye test was very thorough although the equipment used was a bit old fashioned. It would have been nice if someone had helped me to choose a frame (I had to go back the following day with my daughter to chooses mine) otherwise excellent service.

the recommendations were not very clear and then the plan for paying for lenses was not explained very well at all. I signed up for it but it was not explained to me what was in the contract.
