As always staff in store are extremely friendly and helpful. Ryan did my pre screen and triage, I went in to see Raneet, who was extremely thorough and talked me through everything and what would happen next. I came out finally to have a chat with Ahmed who helped me with my glasses and the remake. Overall a good appointment.

The professional staff were excellent and although very busy because of the backlog from covid I didn't have to wait long. My complaint is with the choosing of the frames and the poor service available. My uncorrected vision is very poor and just looking in the mirror when trying on new frames I can't see what I look like. I have a broad face and not all frames are suitable. There was no effort to take measurements so I would know which frames would fit me. The person serving me said one could usually judge 'by eye'. I had to remind him my eye was useless. He had no other suggestions. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere to choose frames which is a shame for Boots.

Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly apart from one gentleman who both my husband and I found particularly obtuse and awkward and didn’t do what was promised. He lets the whole team and due to this I am taking my business elsewhere.

The service at Boots Opticians in Bracknell has altered to a point of very poor customer care, limited products and over inflated prices. The manager is appalling in the way he talks to customers. I find him to be very rude. Waiting times are rediculous. If a customer makes an appointment the expectation is to be seen by them on time. Not kept waiting for 40 minutes without proper apology and treated as if we are the problem. I shall not be going back to Boots Bracknell for any further eye tests or glasses. A shame as I have been loyal to them for over 15 years.

I bought a pair of glasses from them last year but one of the hinges broke recently. My husband took my glasses to another branch to ask if they could fix it and was told that there was nothing they could do, however, not giving up as those are my favourite pair so I went to this branch to seek help myself and the lovely sales assistant double checked for me and told me that luckily I was still under warranty. In no time my glasses was fixed. Thank you Kate

I was brought in for an emergency appointment and I couldnot have ask for better care from Ravi and his colleague. Without their help and letter to the hospital, I am not sure that I would have been seen so quickly. Very appreciative of everything they did for me as I was in so much pain. Thank you

The service offered in your store by the other members of staff was overshadowed by the extreme rudness of your assistant manager Martina. Not only was this behaviour directed towards myself but while waiting for my appointment I witnessed the same disregard shown to her collegues. It made me feel akward and uncomfortable and unfortunatly I will not be returning.

I wasn't happy with the first person who done my son's check up test. He wasn't patient and rushed my son and worried more about the next pers on appointment to be on time. The optometrist done very good job with my son. Also a lady at the end who re done the first check was brilliant, which made it up for the first person's faux pa.

This is my second complaint twice they have lost my daughters eye test results!!! Couldn’t order glasses as they couldn’t find the paper copy of the eye drops test! Plus when we arrived couldn’t find the paper work for the eye test previous day !!! Joke! Very unhelpful assistant manager

I’ve had two experiences one myself one with my daughter. Both appointments boots very late for 20-30 minutes. Lost my 6yeR old daughters records so she had to have eye tests redone same time drops were administered then had to wait again 50 minutes to see same optrometrist she was crying. Total app was 2 hours most of it was spent waiting! Would not recommend boots again!
