I saw three separate people at my visit. I had an eye test, then I saw someone about contact lenses. The last person showed me how to put in contact lenses for a trial. They were all lovely, informative and had a lot of patience. I was impressed by the whole staff team.

Both my wife and myself both go to Melanie for our eye check as always she was extremely helpful and professional, so much so that neither of us would ever go anywhere else. The other ladies in Boots Wokingham were also very nice and could not have been more helpful. A very pleasant experience.

My family always get a very good service from Boots Opticians in Wokingham. They are friendly, helpful, efficient and provide a good service.

My son is 11 and wears glasses. The optometrist was totally on his wave length. She spoke to him, asking him the questions, made him feel valued. She was very clear about the outcome and gave him some good advice.

Melanie Good the optician is amazing. I totally trust her to advise me and monitor my eyes. I worry about my eye health due to family and medical history and she is so thorough and reassuring. I sometimes need to have my pressures done again and she always keeps me calm about it . I wouldn't see anyone else. She is well respected locally. The young woman who greeted me on arrival was lovely. When she asked my profession and I said I was retired she said' Congratulations' and went on to say that was nice etc. That was delightful, given that retired status usually brings negative comments/ feelings. It was only a small thing but actually made my day! The guy who did the tests was very professional as are the reception staff. I was impressed by the woman who organised my new glasses later when I was less busy. She helped me choose drive safe lenses which I look fw to trying.
