Woman on reception cold and rude, completely blunt and unhelpful attitude. Not going back there again!

As a previous reviewer said, the young lady taking the initial details prior to the test was very pleasant, but I also found the female optometrist a bit abrupt, which puts me off going there again. So she needs to develop better people skills. Though as an optometrist I can't fault her.

The lady who initially greeted us and did the preliminary tests was very nice and put my 7 year old son completely at ease. The optometrist herself was abrupt and frankly quite rude. Would not recommend.

Not recommended for children. Optician was rather abrupt.

I was looked after with care and and consideration by all members of branch and felt confident with the tests I was given and would wholeheartedly recommend this branch.

Thorough, took their time with me. Have great personal assistance on choosing the right glasses and all the available alternatives/ additions to suit my lifestyle.

The staff were so friendly. Martin was brilliant through out the whole visit. He did tests on my eyes, explained everything thoroughly and made it feel like a fun time. The optician was lovely. She talked me through the whole eye test, was very patient and explained everything to me plus we had a laugh. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Friendly and efficient service with all of the tests explained as they were carried out.

I needed an immediate appointment which was forthcoming and a referral letter to the urgent eye clinic was written within half an hour - great service thank you
